6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.

We recently got the ok to schedule our orientation and delivery date for our IVF medications and all I have to say is ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF! My husband has dermatomyositis, and his doctor put off treatment so that we could do some collection and go through IVF. I felt like my dr was blowing off our timeline, but I persisted. I worked with CVS Caremark directly and got approval in 2 days (not the expected 3 weeks). Moral of the story: ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!

Lately I've heard a lot of really negative and hurtful comments about patients who are picking up contraceptives, and about people who are pro-choice. I don't usually bring my political views to work, and now I feel like I honestly can't say anything without making work really uncomfortable for myself (I'm pro-choice). What should I do?

I’m relatively new to working out. Just joined F45 and love it! Wish I got into it sooner. So I’m good at pacing myself thru out the workouts and not over exerting myself. I was considering doing it every day of the week bc I love how I feel after. Is that overkill? Genuinely curious

So really the only exercise I can tolerate is boxing, and those exercises around it. Any thoughts on replicating what I can find at my local boxing gym while on the road?
