Im a fourth year partner. The clients are good, workload is manageable, have a great team and a great boss. But I'm just not motivated to go and kill it anymore. It just feels more of the same thing. Also, I keep having a feeling that I could be doing a lot more if I were in a startup or in a different corporate role. The only reason that stops me from doing any of this is that money here is good and I worked really hard to get here. Any advice?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

I have an interview coming up with Deloitte for a Senior Associate - PMO role in Transaction services in Middle East. I have been told that process would include a case interview stage. I am aware of Consulting type cases but how are Transaction service cases different to consulting? What would I expect, an M&A type case? Also do I need to know any financial modelling in this case interview as I come from Programme management background?
