Anyone work in a corporate strategy role for a brokerage/dealer firm before? Think Raymond James, LPL Financial. They offered 105k base + 20% bonus (my salary is 80k rn) but curious on what you all think of the industry.

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.
