The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

Thoughts on which one is better?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

Credentials: 6 months of prior experience in this industry at a small startup + 2 years of work exp in retail banking, CFA L2 candidate, part time masters of finance student, bachelors from outside of Canada. What do you find is the biggest difference between the AAE role and AE in terms of roles and responsibilities?

Anyone hiring a junior/mid writer in LA??

Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

ETS in 6 months. Really want to re-enlist for 4 -6 years. Currently in a MOB, and got promoted out of the unit last year June to another unit, did 1-year E5 work during the mob. Finishing up MOB in Nov and got accepted into a cyber unit in which I can progress my career, and want to reenlist for 6 years.
