Currently controller for a $120M PE backed company. Interviewing for a Director of Accounting role for a $1B PE backed company. Would be almost fully remote. Will there be a conflict of interest if I join the client company? If so after how many months of resigning from PwC can I work for the client company?

I no longer tell myself I want to be dead. Meds and therapy have helped. But I also seem to not care if I die or get a terminal illness or disease.
