Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Definitely using both of these.

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?
My company, Pegasystems, is agressively hiring for Senior Solutions Consultant (presales) positions nationwide. If you are interested in working for an amazing company with market leading products and a great culture, please message me. Happy to discuss further. Assuming you are reasonably qualified, I can provide a referral as well.

I dont think a 2 years experience is enough for someone to become a Project/Product Manager.
My understanding is you might be very good with craft, but you may not have experience leading teams. This would not make one a Project Manager.
To be a Product Manager you should definitely become a Product Owner first, as you should have an idea what your teammates do and how. Try going for CSPO or PSPO and then search for a PO position.
You have a point. What if it’s more like an Associate Project/Product Manager? I’ve seen some with only 2+ YOE eng/PM related as well that some what lines you with my experience. Can you tell me about your PM exp if you don’t mind? How long did it take, what’d you have to do and how you got it?
i’m a project management associate for my company and i have no prior experience in project management (just graduated in May). I know that my company is hiring those with little to no experience. not sure if they have an office in boston but i know some of my coworkers who work remotely. it’s called turnberry solutions and you would fit in the “crew” section with 1-5 years of working experience
