Applied for a senior role. My assessment is that 3 out of 5 were excellent, 1 was very good, and 1 was very good but the interviewer seemed distracted with some unexpected home repairs. Initially the recruiter expected to wrap up interviews byJuly-end and make decision in Aug first week. They rushed scheduling. Now he says that the interviews are still pending (other candidates) and he will connect in a few weeks. He has not yet shared the assessment by my interviewers. What do you make of this?
