Applied to BCG last year and got a first round interview 3 months later. By that time I had already accepted an offer with D so had to withdraw my candidacy.

About a week ago I messaged the BCG recruiter asking if I could now take them up on their offer for a first round interview, but haven’t heard back. Anyone have an idea for what the timeline is like? Or if I should reach out to someone else? All thoughts/recommendations welcome.

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID).
