This is my first ever switch in 4+ years of experience from one company to another in a hope to get better pay, with similar responsibilities, upper grade and career-oriented role alinged to my goals.

I just had my 5th therapy session. The therapist said that this was our last session. I wasn’t expecting because during our previous session he said he will reach out to EAP and get an extension b/c I have PSTD & anxiety. Today he decided there is no clinical need. I got so emotional all of a sudden. He said his fees are $300 per session (he only does online) if I want to pay out of pocket. His profile says he does sliding-scale, but didn’t offer me anything.
