Applying for an S&O role. As a consultant, don’t have experience in the ad tech industry per say. How do I avoid sounding like an outsider?

Career dev advice needed. Being offered a promotion (would be reporting to my current skip and managing/growing a team). The role is global subsidiary management/governance. But the work does not appeal to me, I’ve been doing some of it and it’s so much admin and people management. I’m not practicing law at all. Love my current IC role and manager, get to work on strategic transactions and closer to the business. If my goal is head of corp legal one day, should I suck it up and go for it? Thnx!

I'm incredibly passionate about Healthcare and have thought a lot about how to make meaningful changes that keep people healthy and how it can be affordable and accessible to all.
