The agent said the construction there is now mostly just facade work on the top so it's not noisy any more, but I don't 100% buy that. Looking at a Facebook people strategy role and wondering if I’d have a higher chance at getting a first round interview if I was referred by a FB recruiter in a different department? I have another friend who is a FB benefits manager but he says 9/10 referrals of his don’t get one. Thoughts?

I’m based in Northern California and the last few companies I’ve either worked for or interviewed with don’t carry Kaiser on in their benefits package. If you’re reading this, does your company carry Kaiser? What company do you work for?

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Anyone switch companies and either regret it or are glad they did?
