I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

I recently got an offer for Cyber security advisory at PwC India . They gave a 20% hike on the current amount. Thing is that l, the technical interview told me that it is not a software/coding type of position and asked me multiple times if I was interested to do that. Is that a red flag?
Is there any interview after probation period?

I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Ah yes, I remember when I was young, naive, and not jaded by corporate American dream jobs.
But for real OP, good luck! Hope you get it and it’s everything you hoped for. Many folks would love many of the jobs we complain about.
Lol good luck when they cut, and force you onto a 4 rating then lay you off.
@Partner 1 I do appreciate how inclusive and diverse the firm has gotten. My one recommendation is to please not forget the Muslims of the firm. I feel like EY treats them better than PwC does

Best of luck. It's not a perfect company, and you definitely need to go in with eyes wide open....but it's a good company, particularly early in your career and if you want to work hard. Talk to people before your interview, then if you get hired, put your head down, do the work and in 3 years, reassess. There are both cheerleaders and debbie downers on this site...take both with a grain of salt :)
