Are cases common for lateral interviews at SM / D level? not worried about framing/structure but its been a while. I'm concerned about tripping over details or mental math and have no time to practice

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?
