Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

If you are looking for a partner, let me know :)
Yep same
I used to be at a smaller agency and always longed for that big agency vibe, but now that I’m here I’m realizing it’s so insanely political and I’m losing the love of the biz. Double edged sword!
Not sure if you’re interested in moving but we’re hiring.
Where?
Try to get with a startup of founders that came feom one of the big agencies. You might have a better experience anyway. The big agencies aren’t always the best agencies.
CHI office
are you also hiring juniors? :)
Go to more industry parties. You’ll meet people.
How do I find out about them?
Might want to cut down on all the other side things you have going on and focus more on landing an interview and polishing you book. Big agencies aren't everything but they're a good place to cut your teeth, look good on resumes, and are full of potential future contacts. Everyone on here that says they work at big agencies and don't think it's a big deal, you only feel that way because you already work at a big agency. Basically you're taking it for granted. It's like when people who've won some awards say winning awards isn't a big deal. Anyways, just keep reaching out to recruiters and CD's, big agencies are very bureaucratic so it takes time and sometimes the timing is just off, i.e. recent client loss/win, hiring freezes, etc.
What city?
Same looking for a partner
I’m in the same boat and happy to collab
Need a partner in nyc. Having a garbage time with mine right now
Big agencies aren’t all that. Been in them for over 2 decades. The politics are horrible.
