Are companies actually hiring right now? I have put in over 100 applications over the course of several months. I have tailored my resume to all of them and written a cover letter for every position that gave me the option/ability to do so. I have interviewed for maybe a couple of positions that later ghosted me or sent me a rejection email. Is anyone else having this issue?
