[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

No unless you’re starting from absolutely 0. There is so much good content online, check YouTube first and exhaust those resources
Nope.
Ask your friends and industry mentors over paid services.
Nope, just sit down for a couple hours and get it done. Those services are typically garbage and you won’t be happy.
A lot of colleges have career guide booklets and resume writing resources that’s all for free. You can also ask a reliable mentor to look over it too or even a friend to peer edit
Depends on what your alternatives are. If you went to a top undergrad or business school and still have access to career center resources on how to make a good resume, then these resume services are not helpful unless highly specialized for your target field (useful when switching industries). If your best bet is friends who are basically as clueless as you, or your uncle whose advice is from 1997, then these services are helpful.
