We never transitioned back to a strict dress code after the pandemic so casual unless you have court or something

Lawyerly answer of “it depends.” If you’re constantly client-facing (personal injury) the dress code probably still applies. If you have clients in once in a while, probably not. I’m in ID and never had a return to office policy so when I do go in, 99% of the time I’m causally dressed.
We never see clients anymore other than zoom (which is rare) so we are strictly casual - no pjs is our rule. Even on zoom/teams/meet I am often the only one with camera on. Transactional practice so no court. I couldn’t care less what my assistant and paralegals wear. I want the attorneys to look like they are dressed (at least above the waist) but otherwise don’t care.
