I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

Not sure where you’re located. But there’s an awesome recruiter Cindy Chang in Toronto, who has also launched a small business specifically to help Mom’s get back into the workforce, or find roles that allow them to get “partially” back into the workforce.
Might be worth connecting with her. You can DM me directly, if you’d like an introduction.
Thankyou for your kind response. I am located in Bay Area. Having previous professional experience at Meta, I am still struggling to find a job having 3 years of career gap.
There was a program at PwC about 3-4 years ago designed for women/moms that were re-entering the workforce. It was aimed at professional women who had college degrees and who had the chops to consult but couldn’t do the travel. So the jobs were good paying remote no travel jobs. Check out PwC.
Maybe look into Vertiv in Pleasanton. The company is growing rapidly and may overlook to gap because they're currently training people with little to no tech experience.
There are no programs in tech companies in general for tech companies those are company specific. Good Luck.
I remember there used to be a “relaunch” program in Capgemini. Pls check with any Capgemini ppl if it still exists.
