Are there any programs in tech companies for women who paused their careers to focus on motherhood and now want to get back into the workforce. I remember there used to be rotationships to ease that transition for mothers but I dont see any such programs anymore. This economy and having a gap in your resume is a bad combo but what should mothers even do?

When looking at offices to work in, what do you value the most? As a realtor, to me what matters the most is flexibility in my hours.

Hello my fellow shoal of fish. I am seeking recommendations for a lounge chair in my office. I currently have the adjustable stand desk and a relatively comfortable office chair (not when reclining) but the other half of my office is empty.
