I will start MBA program end of August and I think we will be due in September so would love to take paid paternity leave for beginning of MBA program and then notify them 2-4 weeks prior to the end and let them know I won’t be coming back.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
