Yes. We've been told bonuses will be smaller this year in light of potential tariffs and I'm still not sure what the bonuses will actually look like. Austerity for the sake of austerity, if you ask me

My company actually said we aren't getting bonuses at all this year which really sucks. I know it was never a guarantee but I really thought we would get them again this year. I am pretty sure everyone else did as well.

Always

We experience it at the end of our fiscal year.

Dear Fishbowl PPCers I need your help!

A client is insisting we used Adobe bod manager for their campaigns, and neither me nor my team have experience with it.

We're also not on a timeline where we can really get up to speed on it ahead of a couple deadlines.

I've also argued for budget for external consulting hours and that's been disapproved.

I'm on my own. Or am I?

Hoping some kind soul with experience managing Google Ads through Adobe can help me out.

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?

Let’s look at this from a strictly career perspective. My goal is to come back to consulting.
