Are you open to moving around for work opportunities or are you content staying where you are? Sometimes I feel a little lame for not being more ambitious, but I feel comfortable and I’m never very eager for change.

I would actually be pretty excited if my career allowed me to move. I’ve always wanted to travel and live in different cities but never had a reason to do so.

I own my house now so I’m a bit more anchored

Before that though I was open to move anywhere

I would for the right opportunity. I wouldn't do it for just any job though. At least not right now while I'm currently employed. If I'd been out of work for months like so many are right now, I'd have to reevaluate.

I have my annual review coming up and want to hear thoughts on what a reasonable raise expectation is. I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?

I want the title and the money owed which may be about $15000- 20000.
