Need some help regarding PF.
I joined a company on 7th Dec. Just got the Laptop on the first day. 12th Dec was my induction day where I was supposed to fill different forms like form 11 ,joining report etc. I resgined on 9th Dec . Today I gave my laptop to the company.
Question is will they be able to open PF account with the help of UAN mentioned in salary slips, Adhar number and pan number that i submitted during offer process?

I have a current CTC of 6.6 and Mastercard is offering 8.9 (including variable ) . I also have an offer from infosys of 10 ( including variable). Which one should I pick considering work life balance and appraisal.My entire doubt is that will they bring me on market rate after appraisals as currently they are not offering very good hike.

I’ll be ~100 under my target. Firm didn’t adjust for covid.
Would have been so good for morale for firms to give a 100 hour reduction in billing expectations in recognition that we all are dealing with so much more at home. AKA that we are humans and not just billing machines. No such luck though!
I am in same boat. Firm has been clear there will be no adjustments which majorly sucks.
Our firm dropped us to 75% billable requirement for a few months but it’s been unclear about how that will translate into bonuses. Looking at my “normal” requirement, I’m about 50 hours short, even though I have exceeded the revised target. 🤷♀️ who knows

Similar spot here. My firm has not announced any adjustments and I don’t expect them to. At least 50% of our associates are easily exceeding the minimum, so those of us who don’t will just go without a bonus. That said, my firm is doing well financially despite everything, so I don’t expect any major consequences other than lack of bonus.
Same. Sucks because some departments have been constantly busy and others came to a halt with covid.

No word from my firm yet. I’m about 50 hours behind for the year now. Our FY ends at the end of January. Hoping to make up those hours by then 🤞🏼 but who knows.
