As a Creative, what is a standard pay cut to expect when going from a contracted freelance role to full time?

I see news articles all the time about Big 4 entering the legal market. Has anyone heard of this? I’m curious to see if an attorney providing legal services while working at B4 will make the same as a big law associate. Could this be the end of the huge big law starting salary?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). I really think that some large holding companies are ever gonna force us back into the office. My ECD is based on the east coast. All three of the ACD/CD teams they hired in the past six months are east coast based. Our office is in the central time zone. Yet every job posting says “in person”. Seems like they just don’t want to advertise their hiring remote for the attractive accounts.
