As I plan and think about the next level, can someone explain to me the clear deciding factor and distinction between Solution Manager vs Solution Architect?

Hi Guys I was a BA and recently became a full fledge PO in my new job. Can you share which areas to focus on to perform well.

Anyone who's done ID work right after law school but transitioned on to something else after a few years? Was your ID experience marketable? If so, in what other practice areas?

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

Does this approach make sense or do you recommend other approaches? If it makes sense, do you have any recommendations for classes or communities?

I worked in the same org for 5.5years and switched in march 2022. I was not allocated a project for 3 months hence changed the org and joined new in July 2022. Now its been 4 months and I am on bench here too with no project proposals coming in. 4th year V20 corp associate looking to switch into litigation and don’t mind starting over as first/second year at a V50. Any tips for building a client base from scratch? I’m a 4th year associate at a firm of 12 attorneys. I practice in business, compliance, and real estate (primarily on partners’ files) and don’t litigate. Most of the partners’ clients are wealthy friends or friends of friends (not my circle). Associates are not referred business, even cold calls, and so far “networking” events like Chamber of Commerce luncheons have been a bust. I equate a book to autonomy and career choice and pressure is on.
