As someone going through menopause, I've been really invested in reading about things related to it and found this article. It's amazing that companies are stepping and taking the initiative to support women through a tough time like menopause. I knew it was going to be hard but genuinely didn't know what I was going to suffer until I experienced it. My company surely isn't one of these... what about yours? Is there any thing your company does to help with menopausal symptoms?

While I'm checking on Medibuddy, there's an "amount to pay" displayed on each of the tests.

Husband and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year with no luck. All of our testing came back normal except his morphology was at 6%. RE is recommending IUI as next step with letrozole (and also looking like progesterone and ovulation trigger shot from the paperwork) I’m scared of the drugs and potential effect on my hormones, body, and future cycles. Can anyone please share their experience with these drugs and any side effects? Should we maybe start with natural IUI first?

31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? I’m fine to eat like a dog and have the same meals every day I just need someone to tell me what to eat and when.

Experience sharing on calories deficit -
I have a normal body build but want to lose a few pounds(especially around my belly). I am making visible progress now by eating less(work gets busy and I use that to forget about hunger), a lot of walking, have casein protein to feel less hungry. Diet is really what do the trick.
But there are drawbacks too - my energy level(especially around night time) drop significantly that the level of exercise I used to do feels hard (light/mid intensity)
