Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Campus hires typically don’t have leverage
Always negotiate. Worst they can say is no.
What’s their leverage to negotiate? 85k as a new campus hire seems very good for KPMG and likely standard across the board for campus hires.
You don't have leverage and your negotiation tactics may lead to an offer withdrawal. Your starting salary is really good btw. We typically hand in grads offers and we have others on standby who didn'tmake the cut but they are not on the chopping board either. The moment you try to hustle for a few thousands extra they extend the offer to someone else and you'll be ghosted.
That stipend might already be a thing. Maybe you can just ask if that exists and if you’d be able to use it if so.
