At my current position, I am not learning anything new nor am I expanding my horizons. I am currently looking for another opportunity. I have been with this employer for almost 3 years and I do not see my position nor my salary changing. In need of advice when looking for jobs and how I can secure an interview.

I've accepted the salary breakup today from TCS and HR told me they will send salary for approval and once it approve they will send me an offer letter. Generally how many days we get the offer letter and joining date after after acceptence of salary breakup ?

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? Might be a stretch but thought it might be worth mentioning.

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?
