Depends on what meaningful is to you. Manager, SM, MD are all increases, but meaningful for me doesn’t come until partner.

Its also jumps up if you move firms. The biggest bump I had was leaving for a new firm.

Im in a specialty group and haven’t gotten a single digit raise yet (only 3 years). I think it depends on the group. Manager should be a big jump. Depends if you’re big4 or not as well.
Manager the bump starts to feel good. SM and up is strong

It definitely starts jumping meaningfully. For me, manager and above were some nice jumps. The first 5 years of partner were also pretty big increases. After that, it was all about how the firm did and your contribution to that. Good years can bring pretty substantial increases.
