Atlanta folks - What’s the PA salary range I should be looking at for a senior associate - 3 YOE, no CPA yet, coming from a top 25 firm. I’m eyeing smaller firms this go around. B4 transparency sheet was helpful but more data points are a bonus.

What’s the line of service?

I hold audit very similar to tax compliance. So I would agree with what SA1 said.

I think you could go as high as 95k if you negotiate well but I'm sure not everyone would go for that. But some small firms would offer it to the right candidate, I'm sure.

We pay home grown SA’s with 2 busy seasons under their belt $97k in Atlanta Audit. For an external hire maybe an extra 5-10.

85kish to 90k ish

I’m at 98k but in tax

This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
