Not EY. There is a program you can qualify for that includes some travel related perks but that’s about it.

Same with Accenture, some improved loyalty programs, and airline club membership or Amex platinum for frequent travelers.
Rising Star
$750/quarter if you travel at least 25 nights. Another $750 if you hit 150 nights in a year.
EY had great benefits as frequent traveler which you need to qualify every year (platinum amex, unlimited phone bill, business class on flights). Now it is useless as all of those have been taken away.
@EY2 - Some of us have been here awhile. Like VP1 mentioned, it was taken out 3-4 years ago.
I have been at Deloitte for 10years and don’t know if a single perk! Mind sharing what you think we have?
Accenture offers a measly per diem but that’s about it
My per diem has been $36 in the small towns I work in. I do end up pocketing a bit but I don’t eat very much. Wish we followed federal policies.
when i worked for a software vendor, they did. the way it worked is that after a certain number of trips (20 i think?), they would give you an additional bonus per trip you took. the amount of that bonus was inversely correlated to your salary. entry level employees would get something like $150/trip for every trip over that threshold, declining all the way until like $40-50/trip if your salary was $150k+ or something like that.
this was like 7-8 years ago, so things may have changed since then.
PwC has 75k mile program for managers+ to get biz class on 3hr+ flights after traveling 75k miles and then for the following year. Decent perk if you check all those boxes, but makes the cross country flights as an analyst/senior even worse
Deloitte - if you flew I think 15 round trip flights in a year you could expense CLEAR or TSA pre. I know this because I asked specifically and expensed my CLEAR membership. Likely won’t be able to expense it again this year unless travel picks up significantly this fall...
Thank you all for your comments. Perhaps I need to wait until later in the year to have this conversation!
Thanks
