Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Can’t say or won’t say? I heard rumors about BK way before I worked here at VML. That there were little clickable pixels hidden in the sites that would trigger pop ups with things like “fuuuck a Big Mac” or a super offensive version of the “DING, fries are done” video

Did we work at the same place? Was the code a derogatory phrase and the clients found it and subsequently fired the digital arm of the agency? Ah, memories.

Possibly! This was like 20 years ago. I didn’t know what it was exactly besides bad language, and perhaps that is why.
But I heard that the client found the “rogue code”.
