BAH folks, I'm being recruited by some folks I know at the company and am curious what I should be asking for compensation wise. Its for a lead associate position, however the pay band seems huge.

My experiance, 18 years USAF (I'll be moving to a reserve position), was an enlisted all-source analyst, commissioned at 10 years as an intelligence officer. Masters degree in intelligence studies and will have 4 classes left for a doctorate in when I leave active duty.

What's a fair ask?
