Bain & Company Bain & Company vs Deloitte vs Novartis vs HSBC India (Still interviewing).
How is WLB in these companies? (Which of these have a better WLB?) Location, pay and perks are secondary for me.
Looking forward for comments from current or ex-employees of these companies?
P.S: No, I am not impacted by recent Meta layoffs.
Novartis by every chance.. have friends in Bain as well as in Deloitte.. WLB is poor over there.. but in Novartis, as I said WLB is present to compensate lower pay

Well.....WLB mostly depends on the project and team members but here at Deloitte I have become so much comfortable, it has become hard to go out of comfort zone. There's no mandate to go office in my project. Perks, productivity allowance, well being, all super nice on top.
Novartis probably won't offer you much compared to others in terms of compensation. But WLB at Novartis is very good and flexible. Leaves are also very generous. Clients are internal, so you would have the exact idea of timelines and priorities - similar to meta. Bain and Deloitte have external clients so deadlines are generally written on stones.
If you wish to focus on personal life a bit, Novartis will be best, provided compensation are not too different from others.
Does HSBC layoff?
If ur a contractor yes they can anytime say u to go but have rarely seen a permanent employee getting fired.
