Hi all, new to fishbowl. I am currently a PTA working in homecare. I am considering changing career paths to non-clinical. Everything I search for available jobs in the pay range that I need seems to come up as sales, (Sr, executive, etc) I have zero sales experience, but could see myself working as a healthcare liason, recruiter, care coordinator, or pharm sales rep. I live in Dayton, OH. I would love some insight or feedback. I also see Gpac recruiting popping up, is this a reputable co? Ty!
I’d do VC. I have friends at Bain and we do very similar work so don’t think it makes sense, unless you just want the MBB stamp, which in that case why not
VC. Buyside blows consulting anyday

VC associate will have almost no chance of upward mobility. I’d do it only if you want exposure and bounce to something else (like fundraising for your own business).

What do you want to do long term? VC?
Ideally early startup. Seems like both/either set me up for that fairly well
