Everything I search for available jobs in the pay range that I need seems to come up as sales, (Sr, executive, etc) I have zero sales experience, but could see myself working as a healthcare liason, recruiter, care coordinator, or pharm sales rep. Anyone knows why DI is delaying the onboarding for a bunch of folks selected through campus placement? Some of the hires started their their onboarding in Sept and are well settled in the system and recent update from HR is that for everyone still waiting to get a joining date needs to undergo some training and up skilling program for 12 weeks ( a reduced stipend will be paid along with 1st months salary). Any insights will be helpful!!

1. Big 4 - Manager, $180k + $20k sign on, told a good expectation is 12-15% bonus next year. 1.5% 401k match and 3% pension contribution. First year cash would be around $225k
2. New, well funded advisory arm of an established business - Engagement manager, $210k, 20-25% bonus. 2.5% 401k match. First year cash closer to $250k

Big 4 is a defined path with history, reputation, and exits. Other place is largely unknown but a lot of comp.
