Barclays HR scheduled first round, panel didn't show up. They said they will conduct next round soon. Now portal shows Not Selected instead of Interviews Underway.

I interviewed for a role with the Enterprise Risk Team at EY. I told them my salary requirements were $105 k before the interview. They said it should be ok if I'm brought in as a Senior 1. After the interview, they said they want to bring me in as a Staff2 at $84k with $3k signing bonus. I'm trying to get on a call to negotiate further...do these numbers sound right to you all?

That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work.
