Hi All!! Looking for advice and ideas on our corporate healthcare recruitment model. We support 3k employees and manage 250 reqs between two recruiters. We do everything from posting, screening, sourcing and offering and just got approved to bring on some much needed help for another recruiter. My question is, should we also invest in a sourcer to help with the req load, or another recruiter? We’ve never had a sourcer before but I’m curious to know what models other companies are using? Has anyone installed sound-proofing windows? Can they really block 95% of noises? I just saw a condo that checks all the boxes except it’s on a busy street and there is a constant noise from buses, trains and cars. Windows seemed old and may not have been replaced for over 15-20 years (but it’s double pane). I can also install sound absorbing curtains on top of that.
