@BCGers how much do you guys pay your MD (medical doctors) who come in as consultants. Same as your MBA hires? Or more? We do same pay.

What is the salary slab of a Senior Consultant in Deloitte India for someone around 6.5y to 7yoe?

What's the salary expectations for full stack developer. Front end and back end developer , given their 10 years of experience in IT testing including automatio. , but not in development, how employers will treat u like a junior or senior ?

Currently from mainland Europe. Offer from capco at senior, also offer from big 4 as a manager. Both within data n analytics - and in London. I’m interested in strategy (want to branch out into digital strategy in the future) based work and haven’t heard the best things about capco. Can u guys pls give some opinions. Salaries quite similar. Im 35 and the next move needs to be the right one.

Last year I moved internally from a
Paralegal level 11 w/ 14 yrs exp at
$100k base + up to 8% bonus to my
current role as compliance manager
level 9 at $123k base + up to 35%
bonus. I was above cap in my prior
role and now my range is up to $138k
base. I'm being recruited to my old
team as a level 10
Manager with
same base/bonus as now but since it's
a lower level I will cap out within a
year. I always found the legal work
more interesting but limited in career
growth. Not sure what to do.

I am a young (30 yo) Sales Manager leading a team of 5 FTE's. I handle management tasks, key accounts, business development and key projects with other departments.
My team members are all 40+ yo and handle day to day sales and regular account management.
