Hello everyone ! I wanted to get your thoughts on how soon is too soon for wanting to resign from a new job? I have a colleague who recently started a new role at a new company and is not pleased as the position it is not aligned with the job description for which they were hired for.

I was able to encourage them to not up and quit without having another opportunity lined up, but they also fear that recruiters will overlook their resume because of the short tenure with their current job.

Is there a is there a specific resume format for BCG?

Ghosting by HR is inevitable. Would suggest companies Top mgmt to check the processes by applying themselves once in a quarter and fix the gaps just like they ride Cab or deliver foods once in a quarter😅

Made it to Amazon last round, and rejected. All I got was an email from the recruiter saying they didn't move forward.
