Been offered a role at Hogarth - have read a lot of bad reviews - NY office. Has anyone has experience with Hogarth WW.? Still wrapping my head around what exactly they do.

From last 40-50 day's; I get call from HR ...
.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Will i get interviewed @accenture or not....

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Is it true Deloitte is not sponsoring H1B visas? I have a friend considering joining as an SC after MBA. However, they are concerned that Deloitte is not sponsoring. Are these fears correct? So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
