Been on a long freelance contract at an agency. Took a much lower hourly rate with the promise of converting to FT staff after 3 months. Due to Covid that timing got pushed (understandably) but I recently learned the FT role is not available until 2022 earliest. Got a new freelance offer after 1 day of reaching out at my regular day rate. What to do?
