What is a good interview answer for leaving a job after a few months when the real reason is that you’re sleeping with one eye open in hopes of not being on the chopping block after two rounds of massive layoffs? Company culture is at an all-time low, and it will only go down from here from what I’ve seen in the short months I’ve been there.

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .

Hi fishes, I recently joined Accenture, I am from manual testing background and they put me into monitoring team where we need to analyse errors looking at codes, logs and resolve it and the KT that is being given to me doesnt feel enough when I raised concern to TL, TL itself is blaming it on me that I qm not able to understand what is being taught, I am not able to work in the project at all, I requested for roll off within a month, will this imact my career at accenture? someone please sugges

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.

Been struggling lately

Just started my 10 straight days of the “no pants dance”! Otherwise known as a remote week. Haven’t had one in a very long time.

So what do we really think the future of consulting travel will be after all this?

Car question: is it common/easy to extend a lease? Mine is up next month and I don’t want to get into a new lease when I’m wfh for the foreseeable future. Not sure if dealers would consider this favorable for them, or if I have any leverage to renegotiate price. Or is this is even an option.
