Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have an offer from Atos and Hcl and Lti . Highest package is LTI with 19 lpa , YOE 10 years sap basis . I am trying to negotiate with atos for 22 lpa but it seems they are reluctant to agree and they said max they can offer is 19 lpa. Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Deloitte digital 1– you need to skim through the posts before posting. He is manager at pwc making 140k. We gave him 50k more and Sr manager
It’s crap, huge expansion strategy to get as much talent as possible. Once they’ve got it, they don’t know what to do with it. Of the cohort o joined with 70% of us are on the bench and many are already thinking of leaving. If I could do it over again I wouldn’t join. Heard much better things about Deloitte.
Op, it depends with your practice, your tracks etc. if they put you in client facing role, usually no weekends, some nights but not weekend. If you gonna be sales plus delivery, then life can be hell at times. I knew a SM working 18 hours a day but he was making 250k base as new hire( don’t ask me how I know, I saw his total regards page when he was presenting something else to show me . Dude was making double of my salary.
Maybe will see if I can negotiate some higher salary A5

That’s weird, I’ve heard exactly what you’re describing at ACN happening at Deloitte too 😂 I guess everywhere sucks. You just gotta pick which sucky culture you want to deal with
Deloitte barely has a bench in commercial. You’re only on the bench if you suck and you’ve been shunned
I'd second what DD1 said. Commercial at Deloitte is spread super thin, especially in the manager/Senior manager ranks
Good points... not that the PwC culture is mind-blowing but I just want to check on what the culture at ACN is like and if anyone can compare PwC’s with ACN’s.

As I’m sure you know it 100% depends on your project if you get weekends free. As a SM though, you would probably be dictating the cadence of the projects you were on...
