Current having 10.2 Years of experience in a Big4 drawing a CTC of 45 LPA (Fixed + Variable + Gratutity)

IBM is being evasive while explaining the overall compensation. Can someone pls help me understand the salary structure ?

I feel they're inflating the CTC unnecessarily

I am feeling like why I am doing this but at the same time want to best offers.
And also thinking how should I convey if I didn't join the company even after negotiating and asking for a counter offer based on another offer.

What was the salary hike for deputy manager and assistant manager this year?

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
