Bench people - After requesting feedback multiple times, it sometimes feels like the responses are given just for the sake of completion. Meaningful feedback that genuinely helps someone improve and grow would be much more valuable.
Also, when you’ve put in your best effort and have certain expectations, reading feedback that feels generic or does not belongs to you can be a bit discouraging.
I hope the interviewer can read this.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

I have some collections on my credit report. One from an electric company for $800 (imo they violated terms of contract and sent me to collections in spite of their fuck up), and an apartment for $80~ that charged me a cleaning fee when my apartment was spotless.

Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?
