He worked with the sales folks at WTC and said that if multiple buyers come in, he could work out a deal. Wanted to check if anyone is interested? How do you effectively plan for retirement?

Started my Roth IRA in 2019 and bought some funds that aren’t doing so well. I want to trade them for an index fund that the majority of my Roth IRA is in. Will I be penalized for “selling” before a certain amount of time? I don’t plan on taking the money out until retirement, just want to reallocate.

This might be philosophical but wanted to understand if we should get satisfied and be happy with what we have or keep striving for more?

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough. How many of y'all actually write things down? A lot of people are into Notion etc but I've never found a use for note apps, even for things like shopping lists and recipes. I take notes at work but don't write for my personal life.
