I need some advice, Wife forced me to buy her a $68,000 car with 1000/monthly payment for 6 years. We need to sell now due to potential move out of country. Best offer from dealers is 52k. But, if you have plans to buy a house, use the Capital Gains Account Scheme (CGAS) to save taxes.

But for this cycle, should i pay the entire 1,25,000 and let my CC go into -50,000 balance or i can pay the lower outstanding amount (75,000) only?
