Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. I'll have my HR round probably on Monday.
On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?

While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections.
