Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

Have it. Doesn’t really help for a noob with this q
CSR has always been the top for Marriott stays. The 17x includes the points your status will bring you, regardless of the card.
If the Marriott is part of Amex’s FHR group and the prices are the same, I go with Amex plat every single time. You get the FHR benefits (look it up if you are unaware, 5x MR per dollar spent, and elite status benefits.
If the the Marriott is not part of FHR, I use the CSR (downgraded to CSP). That’s the best 2nd option.
Not really. The CSP gets 2x per dollar spent , and the CSR gets 3x per dollar spent.
