Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

CSR probably
The plus there being that UA is a travel partner so points can be transferred 1:1 near instantly from Chase to UA
I would choose this combo:
- Southwest (the Priority version)
- Chase Sapphire Reserve
- Amex Platinum
I have all three.
I pay over $2000/yr in CC annual fees - most are justified. Not recommending anyone to do the same, but it works for me.
Amex Platinum is $550/yr.
Here are only a few of the benefits I used in 2019:
- $200 Uber credit
- $200 airline accidentals credit
- $100 Saks Fifth Ave credit
- Access to Centurion lounges
- Savings on Premium Economy tickets via Amex travel for Plat or Centurion card holders (saved $200 on one premium econ ticket alone vs best advertised price)
- 5x points on airline ticket purchases at 2 cents a point (they add up)
- $300 Cathay Pacific discount if you spend $1500+ at Cathay (which I did)
Most lucrative combo in the game. Works with the reserve too (that’s what I have) worth it for the higher point return and lounge access
