Bhai what’s the Variable percentage in FI for a band 5 employee . HR said its 19 percent which was shocking to me. Meaning fixed hike will only be 11 percent considering standard hike of 30 percent. Why would someone jump for just a 11 percent fixed hike I am not able to comprehend . The HR is not giving me an exact picture so asking on the bowl. How much hike should I ask ? Please suggest. I don’t want to be lowballed .
