Big red flag. An interviewer asked me tell them about myself. All she wanted to know what I did in my last job. Then spent into a half hour talking about her career and the company. Someone needs to get a life. Let's get this straight my job is not who a I am, it's what I do. If a company doesn't care to get to know anything about you, run, don't walk. They don't care who you are, you are bot there to do the work and forget about work life balance. No thanks, I'll pass.

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center).
